Trust

hey guys, today was a great day turned into quite a bad nite then turned into a fine midnite. haha so went to church, went for Gliderz comm meeting where we planned the Christmas eve gathering/party for the church. went home and after dinner, jan told me tt she wouldent be able stay for the last day of the cf comm retreat as she was going to malaysia and she asked me to help her with the sub-comm + comm bonding session. (i noe u are reading jan but dont feel bad:) i was like quite pissed abt the situation alr as u can read from my previous posts but as the totally nice guy of course i volunteered to help. well i was actually ok with doing it cos it didnt really take much work but it really made me think, "what would other pple think abt our comm members always not being there?" 2 of our comm members have to go overseas so they will not be able to make it. a sub-comm member (i dont noe who it is) alr told one of our comm members tt he/she/it feels tt some of our comm members are not really committed to cf cos like during some of our outings they dont see some of them. wad more would they think when they dont see the comm members at the cf gathering? well i noe some things cant be helped and all tt but im quite worried abt the testimony its setting. its so early in our term and alr pple are thinking of us like tt.

so it got me quite worried for most of the nite but when i talked to my dad, he told me tt some things are beyond my control, we just have to trust God tt wadever happens, happens for a reason.

started watching Facing the Giants for the comm retreat (cos i need to come up with discussion ques, still thinking of them), it made me think abt trust. i decided to change up my qt a little today and do my qt based on the movie. but i wont be sharing all tt i learned from the movie rite here cos the comm members will be able to see it. ill post it up after the retreat:) well but this quote sums up the thing abt trust tt i learned from this movie: "As long as we honour God, nothing is impossible." well if u have watched the movie before, u might not have rmbed this quote cos its a quote tt i got from the continuous pauses and typing i did to take down the learning pts from the movie. i think i spent 3 hrs doing the notes for tt 112min movie. so the quote really got me thinking "wad God can do is beyond us, and wad He does always has a reason. there are no coincidences". which is something ive have learned before and reminded time and time again. well im human and well humans forget. good thing we have such a loving and forgiving Father. so im leaving all these things to Him and just do wad i need to do and leave the rest to Him cos we just need to do our best and He will do the rest (im a poet and i didnt even noe it:) He has a plan for the comm members being so busy and He will bring them wherever He feels tt its best.

well abt yesterday's sermon, it was interesting as she used a passage tt is quite unconventional to be used during marriages. she used John 21 to convey the message of the 3 most important phrases in a marriage: "I Love You", "I Forgive You" and "I am Sorry". it was quite interesting but doesent really apply to us at this age so if u are interested u can ask me personally:) haha its fun to be mysterious.

haha ok another one of my signature posts is in. haha tmr will be the first and last full day of the digipen course for the week tt im having cos im zaoing like during lunch on tues to thurs to go for the retreat. hopefully i wont miss much. ok then im gonna go turn in. its exactly 2.00 am rite now. haha cyas:)
